Ninja Gaiden

Ryu Hayabusa... back in the NES days me and my cousins would play this game for hours on end. I recently downloaded it on my virtual console. You know why he was such a cool ninja? He didn't wear shoes! He traversed city streets, snow, rocky mountains and dank caves... with no shoes! I don't really like the new ninja gaiden games, but I will forever treasure the classic side-scrolling ninja action of Ninja Gaiden.
